Intel HD3000 graphics do not support Windows 10 and there are no drivers for it. In windows 8.1 I had installed intel graphics media accelerator because it supports openGL 2.0 but when I upgraded to windows 10 it automatically installed updates for graphics and stopped intel graphics media accelerator.

OpenGL problem in windows 10 Recently I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1. Vulkan support for Dota 2 on macOS will be released in the coming months as a free update. Valve is extending Dota 2 using the Vulkan tools on macOS to achieve significantly higher performance than native OpenGL drivers. I've installed the latest drivers as of today 398.82 doing a regular update and a clean install with and without GeForce Experience but OpenGL still is 1.1. I have a GeForce GTX 660 that according to the NVIDIA site it supports OpenGL Drivers up to 4.3, now my problem is that windows sees only version 1.1 and i can't find a way to update the driver.
